And twitter was going crazy for this day with nearly 19,000 tweets about Prime Day in the 24 hours preceding it, according to online media monitoring platform Visibrain, nearly double from the same period last year. And as of 12 p.m. ET there had been more than 142,000 Tweets about the event up nearly 100% on 2015.
The hashtag #PrimeDayFail as used above, was used less this year so maybe Amazon has upped their algorithm game.
Or maybe more people just want the CD…..
